Your experience of employing a live-in care giver can be a pleasant experience just as it can be an extremely tiring and frustrating.  Sadly, you can not really be sure about someone unless you hire them. Here are a few tips to help you find the perfect live in care giver:

·         Place an ad on the paper or online. You must state all your requirements in that ad. You can also put how much salary you are going to offer. Some also mention what type of room they will offer and the house rules.  

·         Go to local agency that provides care givers.
